News of the day!

So I think I read about a candle carver on Weddingbee and so I looked on Amazon for one and nearly bought one for $13. But then I didn't finish my order. Good thing! Because today, I found it for $7 at Ross! Whoot! :)  Just one randomly hanging there. Score!

The picture kind of explains in a 3-step way of what a candle carver does. Cool huh? :) (Source)

And then. I went to Home Depot with my mom (who was soo patient) today to pick up paint chips for my bridesmaids! Wheee! I found a bunch with the shade of green that I wanted for our wedding colors. But I think the best hit was Disney Color by Behr.

This was what the display kinda looked like (I didn't take this picture though). (Source)

Our color is the "Christopher Robins Swing" color.   :-D

And I don't know if this is the orange I'm going for (too bold!) but they have MICKEY's HEAD.   And it's called the "bouncy bouncy" color.  haha.  :-P

AND LOOK! Behr had this section where you can pick up these leaf shaped ones... and long rectangular ones... that have a little leaf-shaped hole you can punch out and there were these little black rings and you could MAKE YOUR OWN little color palette scheme!! HOW COOL is that?! Awesome job marketing peeps. ;)  And don't you think that is a lovely color scheme?  :-D

So I grabbed a bunch of the "Christopher Robins Swing" color swatch paint chip things for my bridesmaids to help look for dresses! (Which will be another post!)
